Our clients include numerous professional, institutional, and private use individuals. Customer service is only secondary to adherence to local and state guidelines. We do understand that some clients have expectations that can’t be met ethically. In those situations, we may elect to decline the assignment. It is not a personal decision simply an effort to maintain higher standards and provide accurate home appraisal services.
